Life is hard. People are complicated. Relationships can be difficult. Sooner or later everyone needs to talk about the circumstances they're in, the issues they're facing, and the traps they're struggling to overcome. Be it depression, stress, anxiety, self-esteem, addiction, grief, or a combination of these, improvement begins by talking about it with someone who cares, knows how to listen, guide, and help.
My goal is to minister to the whole person beginning with the need for a trusted friend. Once there is trust formed through listening and caring, the process of healing can begin. When a person is overwhelmed, everything appears skewed. They need help reshaping their view of God, themselves, others, circumstances, and life in general. With God's truth and grace as the balm that heals the brokenhearted, there is hope.
If you are feeling hurt, alone, defeated, or afraid it may be time to risk being open and asking for help. Let's talk.
